上海 - 特斯拉 - Application Support Engineer
岗位职责
• Design and implement build, deployment, and configuration management.
• Support and monitor open-source and proprietary systems in production.
• Perform testing of new development.
• Perform failure analysis, implement immediate containment solutions, and suggest long term solutions.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Python and SQL.
• Provide technical support to end users, including business analysts, line associates, etc.
• Work collaboratively with the headquarters factory software team to maintain data/system integrity.
岗位要求
Minimum Qualifications:
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent training/education.
• Well developed multi-tasking capabilities and experience under pressure.
• bility to thrive in an extremely fast paced environment.
• Communication skills: the ability to both express and understand nuanced technical problems.
• Basic networking skills.
• SQL and reporting skills.
• Willingness to learn about manufacturing.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Programming skills in a scripting language is a big plus, Python preferred.
• Experience operating production software.
• A Knowledge of Go is a big plus.
